Company Profile

Conservation Technology International, Inc. - CTI

Established in 2005, CTI services improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

For new construction, CTI uses its targeted One-Watt-House design and engineering process to achieve energy savings of 60 to 90%. Local construction projects are executed by Onewatt Construction LLC - a partnership with a local builder. The small residual heat load of One-Watt-Houses eliminates the need for separate heating systems. Our houses have no furnaces.

For existing buildings, both businesses and residences, CTI provides energy auditing and consulting services to measure, prioritize, plan and execute energy conservation measures.

CTI is located in the western suburbs of the Greater Chicago Area.

The reduction in energy demand is proportionate to the reduction in carbon emissions. Our houses also come with extra benefits: higher thermal comfort, better air quality, reduced water consumption, simplicity and lower maintenance are just a few.

Most of what we build today will stand through this uncertain century. Sustainable buildings are those which will be an asset, not a burden, to our grandchildren.
